Shipping - Who will carry the firearm to its final destination?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground. 2nd day and Next day services are available upon request. Shipping costs will vary. All related tracking numbers will be immediately forwarded to you for your convenience.
Shipping is a flat rate of 14.99 for any item, and for any quaintly, of any item. Except for shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii you will not pay more than 14.99 shipping no matter how many guns or accessories you order and no matter how much the weight.
How do I buy a weapon from you
The GunForAll website is used to place all orders, however if navigating the site is slow or difficult please feel free to call in your order to our direct line, (623)-243-0480.
In either case it is recommended that you call us as a first step to verify availability of the item you want. In this fast pace business, stock is constantly changing, and, there may only be one of the products left, that you are trying to buy.
By calling we can immediately reserve the item for you, create your order, and take payment all in one easy step. If you do make an order online, without calling first then within the same business day you will be contacted for stock availability and for a payment solution.

Now that you have decided on a purchase, and, have verified availability and price, you will then need to locate either of the following business near your home, any business that sells firearms, or Pawn Shop, or, any licensed Gunsmiths. Federal law prohibits mailing firearms to any non-licensed individuals. This means we cannot send your firearm directly to you. You will have to use your local Gun or Pawn Shop to handle the physical transfer of ownership.
Once you decide which Firearms Dealer that will receive and transfer the gun to you, Gun For All will require a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL). This license can be faxed, (623-215-4410), or Emailed to Sales@gunforall.com.
In short, for us to send you a Gun, we need a copy of your, local transferring dealers, Federal Firearms License. This is not needed if you are ordering anything other than a Firearm. In which case orders can be shipped directly to your home address..
Can I get a gun other than the ones shown
Gun For All can get any firearm of your choice. If we receive repeat requests from our customers our computer system will automatically alert us of lost sales, in turn, we will adjust our inventory to allow room for new products. Please call with any inquiries and help us stay on top of the market. We are always researching our database, and scanning the market for the best deals. The results will save you money while never dropping in quality.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Card
Now that we have all the necessary paperwork from the dealer of your choice, the time has come to buy your new firearm!
You can pay by any of the following methods, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Each payment method is unique and can influence processing time. Personal Checks can take up to 10 days to clear, and orders cannot proceed until payment is cleared in full.
We recommend the use of Money Order, Cashiers Check or Credit Card. If Mailing your payment we require it be sent overnight, and with tracking, and insurance, to our business address, 10808 West Ruth Ave. Peoria AZ. 85345.
Overnighting a check is mandatory in order for us to hold the item for you, and in addition, it helps insure that the check does not get lost in the mail. (Lost checks cause serious problems for both parties so please spare no expense on the tracking and insurance of your overnighted payment)
Payment with Card can only be done over the phone, so after you create your order you will be contacted within the same business day by one of our staff for a payment solution, however you can feel free to call in right away too. (623)-243-0480
How do I receive my gun

Your local Arms Dealer will contact you when you shipment has arrived and the standard paperwork, and background check will be completed at that time. How long does it take to get my gun
The time that it takes between buying the gun, and receiving the gun, depend on several things. Credit Card and Money Order/Cashiers Check payments will be the fastest way to complete and order.
The majority of time delays in an ordering process are often waiting for payments to clear. If using Personal Check, ordering time can increase up to 10 days, however when using Cashiers Check/Money Order payment verification is instant, and the process can mover forward very quickly. Generally if the firearm you want is in stock, allow 5 days for shipping. If the item you want needs to be ordered add 3 days for suppliers processing time.
We are a high volume arms dealer working with many different suppliers, manufactures, importers, and distributors. Stock is constantly changing and this web site is updated as quickly as possible. Call for updated pricing and availability. We have several representatives on staff, and you will likely speak to a live consultant immediately.
Gun For All is a customer service based retail sales, firearms wholesaler. We don’t believe in automated, pre recorded, answering services that take 15 minutes to connect to a live operator, only to be put on hold. If we do not have what it is that you want in stock we will scan the market for you until we come up with it. This service is offered as part of the unique and personal customer service experience you will receive when you call, so try us out you will notice the difference. (623-518-2877).
Is buying online legal
Buying guns online is completely legal, so long as all Federal, and State laws are followed. For Federal Guidelines visit the ATF site, and for a complete outline of State-to-State Laws, view the various laws at Appendix K; (State Laws and Published Ordinances on this site.
Who does the background check?
Background checks are done at the time and place or firearm physical transfer. The dealer you choose to handle the physical transfer will be required to conduct the background check, and the necessary paperwork will be completed at that time.
Is the gun I want legal to own in my state?
You are responsible for checking State Laws and restrictions on particular firearms in your state. You can call your local gun shop and ask the dealer to answer such inquiries, however provided on this web site is a list of every states local laws and ordinances. This information is constantly changing so be sure you have double checked with either the police department, local arms dealer or you can even contact the ATF. Visit the ATF site for contact information or view the various laws at Appendix K; (State Laws and Published Ordinances on this site.
What are your store hours
Gun For All is open from 7:30AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday
and 9:00AM to 4:00PM Saturday. We are closed Sundays but can be reached by email 24hrs a day all year round. Sales@gunforall.com or call us during business hours

Are there returns?
There will be no returns on special order items. Items that are in stock can be returned by Email request only. Emails regarding returns are to be sent to returns@gunforall.com, and must be sent no later than 24hrs after you take possession of your new firearm.
The arms dealer you choose to handle the transfer will keep a record of the time and date you received your firearm and you will have 24hrs from that time to decide if you want to keep it. Should you want to return the item, an Email must be sent within the 24hr window of opportunity.
This Email should include your name, order number, product number, and reason. All returns will require a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Credit card fees are not refundable.
NOTE: FOLLOWING THESE STEPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A RETURN. Your uniqe situation will be reviewed and an honest decision will be made.
When your Email is received by GunForALL, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted by phone within 24hrs from that time. It is recommended that you follow up on your return Email by contacting GFA by phone.
Upon approval GFA will provide you with a return authorization number, (RAN) and we will fax or Email you our Return Order Form.
This form must be completed and faxed, or Emailed back to GFA. Once in our files simply send the firearm back. You must include a copy of your return order form with the firearm to prevent any confusion back at the shop. Do not send any “return firearms” to GFA without the Return Order Form included. Your return will be denied.
You can request a Return Order Form by Emailing returns@gunforall.com and providing us with your fax number.
We can also email this form to you for your convenience.
When your firearm is received by GFA it will be inspected by professionals, the firearm must be received non-fired and in the exact, same condition that it was received. All related paperwork and owners' manuals must be intact and complete.
Funds can only be returned to you by check or money order, in the amount less return, and restocking/shipping or card fees.
Can I cancel my order
Orders can only be canceled if product has not shipped. Special orders cannot be cancelled. All return fees and procedures apply. If a cancellation is needed and payment has already been processed there will be a 15% service charge for time spent, and lost.
Warranty
All manufacture warranties are transferable to the customer. Contact manufacture directly for specific, and detailed warranty information.
Pricing changes
GFA reserves the right to change pricing without notice, furthermore GFA is not responsible for price errors found on web pages, (should there be any) which are constructed by outside vendors.
All prices are subject to change without notice. GunForAll will contact you if prices change before shipping. We do not control the pricing from our suppliers. Due to the special nature of some items, exact prices are not known until delivery is made to us.
We reserve all rights of final pricing. Specifications given are from the manufacturers and importers and we reserve the right to modify our information provided herein.
In an instance where incorrect prices are listed we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending the correction of pricing. We will notify you of any error in pricing at the time of your preliminary order. Listed prices are cash discount prices. Additional fees such as tax credit card fees apply. See Forms of Payment
Am I eligible to buy a firearm
The Gun Control Act of 1968
The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), which established categories of persons who are prohibited from receiving a firearm, was enacted by Congress as part of an effort to control gun violence in the United States. As amended, the GCA prohibits the transfer of a firearm to any of the following:
If any of the below apply to you, I can not sell you a gun
- Persons that have been convicted of/under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, whether or not sentence was imposed.
- Persons who are a fugitives from justice.
- Persons who are an unlawful user of and/or addicted to any controlled substance.
- Persons who are adjudicated mentally defective or involuntarily committed to a mental institution.
- Persons who are aliens illegally/unlawfully in the United States and nonimmigrant aliens (with certain limited exceptions).
- Persons who have been dishonorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces.
- Persons who have renounced their United States citizenship.
- Persons who are the subject of certain protection orders.
- Persons who have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
these are federal disqualifications and are applicable nationwide. State laws will very across the U.S. please be sure that the firearm Your interested in is legal to own in your state.
Bearing arms in the U.S. is your constitutional right, however based on this list of disqualifications, it may better be described as a privilege for those of us who managed to stay out of trouble all these years. In any case my goal is to arm every U.S. citizen privileged enough to legally own a firearm
