Shipping is a flat rate of 14.99 for any item, and for any quaintly, of any item. Except for shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii you will not pay more than 14.99 shipping no matter how many guns or accessories you order and no matter how much the weight.

Now that you have decided on a purchase, and, have verified availability and price, you will then need to locate either of the following business near your home, any business that sells firearms, or Pawn Shop, or, any licensed Gunsmiths. Federal law prohibits mailing firearms to any non-licensed individuals. This means we cannot send your firearm directly to you. You will have to use your local Gun or Pawn Shop to handle the physical transfer of ownership.
Once you decide which Firearms Dealer that will receive and transfer the gun to you, Gun For All will require a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL). This license can be faxed, (623-215-4410), or Emailed to Sales@gunforall.com.
In short, for us to send you a Gun, we need a copy of your, local transferring dealers, Federal Firearms License. This is not needed if you are ordering anything other than a Firearm. In which case orders can be shipped directly to your home address..
Gun For All can get any firearm of your choice. If we receive repeat requests from our customers our computer system will automatically alert us of lost sales, in turn, we will adjust our inventory to allow room for new products. You can pay by any of the following methods, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Each payment method is unique and can influence processing time. Personal Checks can take up to 10 days to clear, and orders cannot proceed until payment is cleared in full.
We recommend the use of Money Order, Cashiers Check or Credit Card. If Mailing your payment we require it be sent overnight, and with tracking, and insurance, to our business address, 10808 West Ruth Ave. Peoria AZ. 85345.
Overnighting a check is mandatory in order for us to hold the item for you, and in addition, it helps insure that the check does not get lost in the mail. (Lost checks cause serious problems for both parties so please spare no expense on the tracking and insurance of your overnighted payment)

The time that it takes between buying the gun, and receiving the gun, depend on several things. Credit Card and Money Order/Cashiers Check payments will be the fastest way to complete and order.
The majority of time delays in an ordering process are often waiting for payments to clear. If using Personal Check, ordering time can increase up to 10 days, however when using Cashiers Check/Money Order payment verification is instant, and the process can mover forward very quickly. Generally if the firearm you want is in stock, allow 5 days for shipping. If the item you want needs to be ordered add 3 days for suppliers processing time.

Background checks are done at the time and place or firearm physical transfer. The dealer you choose to handle the physical transfer will be required to conduct the background check, and the necessary paperwork will be completed at that time.
You are responsible for checking State Laws and restrictions on particular firearms in your state. You can call your local gun shop and ask the dealer to answer such inquiries, however provided on this web site is a list of every states local laws and ordinances. This information is constantly changing so be sure you have double checked with either the police department, local arms dealer or you can even contact the ATF. There will be no returns on special order items. Items that are in stock can be returned by Email request only. Emails regarding returns are to be sent to returns@gunforall.com, and must be sent no later than 24hrs after you take possession of your new firearm.
The arms dealer you choose to handle the transfer will keep a record of the time and date you received your firearm and you will have 24hrs from that time to decide if you want to keep it. Should you want to return the item, an Email must be sent within the 24hr window of opportunity.
This Email should include your name, order number, product number, and reason. All returns will require a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Credit card fees are not refundable.
NOTE: FOLLOWING THESE STEPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A RETURN. Your uniqe situation will be reviewed and an honest decision will be made.
When your Email is received by GunForALL, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted by phone within 24hrs from that time. It is recommended that you follow up on your return Email by contacting GFA by phone.
Upon approval GFA will provide you with a return authorization number, (RAN) and we will fax or Email you our Return Order Form.
This form must be completed and faxed, or Emailed back to GFA. Once in our files simply send the firearm back. You must include a copy of your return order form with the firearm to prevent any confusion back at the shop. Do not send any “return firearms” to GFA without the Return Order Form included. Your return will be denied.
You can request a Return Order Form by Emailing returns@gunforall.com and providing us with your fax number.
We can also email this form to you for your convenience.
When your firearm is received by GFA it will be inspected by professionals, the firearm must be received non-fired and in the exact, same condition that it was received. All related paperwork and owners' manuals must be intact and complete.
Funds can only be returned to you by check or money order, in the amount less return, and restocking/shipping or card fees.
Orders can only be canceled if product has not shipped. Special orders cannot be cancelled. All return fees and procedures apply. If a cancellation is needed and payment has already been processed there will be a 15% service charge for time spent, and lost.
Warranty
All manufacture warranties are transferable to the customer. Contact manufacture directly for specific, and detailed warranty information.
GFA reserves the right to change pricing without notice, furthermore GFA is not responsible for price errors found on web pages, (should there be any) which are constructed by outside vendors.
